Acciona, in its water business, is seeking to hire a Project Coordinator for its project in Maringá, Paraná.

Job Description
Objective of the Work

Respond technically, coordinate, consolidate, and ensure the integrity of projects, guaranteeing technical compliance and meeting the needs of the client or requesting area. Conduct technical and economic feasibility studies for various solutions and applications for sanitation systems. Act as interface between technical operation, maintenance, production, administrative, and strategic teams, contributing to decision-making and fulfilling contractual, legal, and operational project objectives.

Functions and Responsibilities
  • Evaluate conceptual, basic, and executive studies of Sanitation Systems;
  • Collaborate with other areas to clarify technical doubts related to drawings and developed projects;
  • Prepare and review technical drawings and projects, ensuring representations meet technical specifications, standards, and client or requesting area needs;
  • Create technical drawings of parts, products, installations, or buildings using specialized software;
  • Participate in technical meetings with multidisciplinary teams to gather data and information for projects;
  • Organize, contract, control, and monitor contracts with third-party designers;
  • Ensure activities related to preliminary services, inspections, topography, sondage, geotechnics, authorizations, licenses, and land regularization are completed on time for the completion of the executive project and start of construction according to the work plan;
  • Update the structure of predecessors in schedules, reflecting project execution logic and interdependencies;
  • Eliminate risks, uncertainties, and restrictions on project progress in collaboration with other areas;
  • Identify opportunities to increase production and reduce costs through optimization of hydroenergy projects;
  • Identify opportunities to use emerging, effective, efficient, and sustainable technologies (environmental, social, and economic);
  • Plan long, medium, and short-term activities (weekly work schedule – PST);
  • Plan, supervise, validate, and control work routines;
  • Critically evaluate production results and support strategic decision-making;
  • Review and validate monthly measurements in accordance with the measurement reports (BM) as per contract;
  • Validate daily service reports (RDS), ensuring consistency between activities, QSSMA procedures, measurements, physical progress, financials, and contractual balances;
  • Update the "Progress" control base to accurately reflect services performed;
  • Update monthly report presentation with key indicators, physical and financial progress of projects;
  • Keep all technical reports (projects) delivered to SANEPAR organized and up-to-date, ensuring evidence of execution and contractual compliance;
  • Maintain all control records of project changes/revisions requested by SANEPAR and internally;
  • Maintain a history of costs arising from project changes at SANEPAR's request, in collaboration with Cost Engineering;
  • Support the Legal department with technical information requests, including drafting responses to official communications from SANEPAR, Independent Verifier, Environmental Agencies, Municipal and State Governments.
  • Update project prioritization bases, including status and delivery milestones, aligning with strategic planning;
  • Monitor project approval status with SANEPAR, ensuring all procedures are cleared for construction;
  • Create system requests for material procurement and service contracts as per internal processes and schedules;
  • Attend inspections, audits, and technical visits;
  • Propose continuous improvements to project processes within the engineering quality management system;
  • Adhere to work standards, procedures, and safety policies of ACCIONA.
Personal Requirements
Required Skills and Competencies
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, Sanitary, Mechanical, Production Engineering or related fields;
  • Solid experience in Sanitation Systems Projects.
Competencies
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D/3D, SolidWorks, Revit, and other design software;
  • Expertise in BIM methodology - Building Information Modeling;
  • Proficiency in hydraulic modeling of sewer systems using SewerGEMS, SewerCAD, EPANET, etc.; creation of digital network models, parameter setting, scenario simulation, and result analysis;
  • Knowledge in hydromechanical, civil, and electrical projects;
  • Understanding of geotechnical and structural project standards;
  • Familiarity with SANEPAR manuals and standards (MPS, MOSEA, MPOIM, MPHS);
  • Knowledge of applicable technical standards (ABNT, ISO, or similar);
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings;
  • Understanding of geometric shapes, scales, and dimensional tolerances;
  • Skills in project management following PMBOK methodology;
  • Knowledge of construction cost compositions in public databases;
  • Stay updated on technological trends and innovations relevant to the field;
  • Technical Leadership: Ability to lead teams focused on results;
  • Decision-Making: Ability to analyze scenarios and make assertive decisions;
  • Effective Communication: Clearly communicate with technical teams, clients, and suppliers.

Availability for travel within municipalities of ACCIONA's operations in Paraná is required.
