Position Description:

Oncology & Hematology are key areas of focus for Bristol Myers Squibb now and in the future. The position involves working with the BMS Oncology portfolio. The role is for a Brand Coordinator, reporting directly to the Sr. Oncology Marketing Manager.

Activities Description:

• Coordinate Brand Teams meetings aligned with Brand Managers and Brand Lead;
• Support Oncology Strategic Business Plan and coordinate promotional activities;
• Ensure the execution of business plans for Brand strategy;
• Assist during Forecasting process;
• Support Marketing team in implementing strategic and tactical marketing plans, including main responsibility for Communication Plan (promotional materials & events);
• Lead congress strategy, planning, and execution;
• Support Launch Preparation and readiness assessment;
• Engage and train the Sales Force;
• Develop strategic promotional materials for field teams (commercial and medical calls);
• Interface with publicity agency and participate in developing new campaigns;
• Approve promotional materials and scientific content in internal systems;
• Support development of strategic content - Business Review, Marketing Plan - and track product performance;
• Monitor the brand's investments and assist in budget control;
• Handle purchase orders and contracts;
• Create solutions to meet customer needs such as meetings, materials, dialogue models;
• Participate in Global Team meetings and prepare corporate presentations (English required).

Specific Requirements:

• Graduate degree (post-graduation, MBA, or Master’s degree) desirable;
• Experience in pharmaceutical marketing;
• Advanced English proficiency;
• Deep knowledge of Office package (Word, PowerPoint, Excel);
• Good personal skills;
• Experience in Oncology, Hematology, or Hospital markets (desirable).
