Qualificações

• Experiência em transporte e/ou cadeia de suprimentos.

DESCRIPTION:

Are you passionate about shaping the future of Transportation in Amazon Marketplace? Do you want to manage a complex network of sellers who deliver through third-party carriers? Do you have a strong drive for continuous improvement to provide excellent customer service at appropriate costs? The Marketplace Transportation team is rapidly building a logistics network and new solutions, addressing the most challenging first-mile issues, as well as opportunities in cost, service, and quality. We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Logistics Coordinator who is enthusiastic about driving growth and assisting in the expansion of Amazon's third-party programs in Brazil.

Key job responsibilities

1. Shape the development of the logistics network with a focus on better serving our sellers;
2. Scout logistics partners for new projects;
3. Train logistics partners in Amazon's methods, processes, and systems;
4. Conduct operational visits and audits at our crossdocking facilities;
5. Develop new mechanisms and metrics to simplify daily operations;
6. Investigate and resolve operational barriers with a focus on understanding root causes;
7. Collaborate with technology teams and product managers to develop new tools and systems that support business growth;
8. Work effectively with various organizations, including field operators, support teams, and technology product managers;
9. Be available for travel 20% of the time and for in-office work 5 days a week.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor's Degree;
2. Experience in transportation and/or supply chain in segments like Operations, Manufacturing, Industry, E-commerce or something related;
3. Experience in Microsoft Excel in advanced knowledge;
4. Experience in SQL;
5. Advanced English and fluent Portuguese language skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Advanced data analysis skills (ability to extract and synthesize data in order to make data-backed business decisions);
2. Proficient writing skills.
