You are a team player within the Learning & Outplacement team ready to support the Programs and HUB strategies being implemented, helping Unilever to deliver with excellence.

What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be

< Key Accountabilities: >

  • Understand the business needs related to functional areas of spend in HR Services and bring deep expertise and insights across the value chain and supply base to translate the business requirements into effective future-fit procurement strategies.
  • Connect strategy and execution aligned to Unilever GAP Strategy, Global Divisions, Functions & Markets goals, aligned with Procurement with Purpose and OneMBS strategies.
  • Deliver transformational sourcing projects, operating models, and supplier relationships to redefine our procurement approach, including a focus on sustainability and responsible sourcing.
  • Execute sourcing strategy including tendering, analysis, supplier negotiation, legal agreements, and compliance with Unilever’s Code of Business Ethics.
  • Work with senior stakeholders to deliver complex projects across multiple geographies.
  • Deliver against financial and non-financial KPIs aligned to the business plan.
  • Lead and take ownership of initiatives to deliver the One MBS agenda across areas such as PWP, RSP, Sustainability, CLM, Savings, Cash, and People well-being.
  • Manage performance reporting and develop KPIs.
  • Apply Unilever’s strategic sourcing processes and digital tools (CPM, Analytics Engine, Buyer Console, USave, UBuy, Supplier Playbook, Learning tools, e-RFIs/RFPs, cost modelling, etc.).
  • Ensure alignment and support with Supplier Ops for transactional processes.

  • Procurement (MBS, Finance, Strategy, Legal, Business Services, Leadership)
  • Business Partners (UniOps, HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, Legal, Sustainability, Divisions / BGs)

Experiences & Qualifications

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Procurement certifications (or currently pursuing) such as CIPS, Unilever Buying Foundation or equivalent
  • Relevant procurement experience, especially in professional services or indirect procurement portfolios
  • Strategic sourcing and portfolio strategy expertise at global or multi-regional level
  • Knowledge of supply markets, value chains, and ideally HR Services or business services portfolios
  • Strong negotiation and contracting skills, and experience with large-scale project management
  • Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across geographies and functions
  • Proven experience leading in virtual and cross-cultural team environments
  • Change management and process transformation capabilities
  • Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
  • Knowledge of Unilever systems (e.g., Velocity, Coupa, CLM, SAP, Aravo) is a plus
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Fluency in English
