**Responsibilities:**

• Develop mentors and Social Educators comprehensively;
• Manage student check-in and check-out;
• Adhere to rules and deadlines;
• Strategically plan actions for the cycle;
• Conduct processes using planning and indicators;
• Provide and receive constructive and motivating feedback;
• Organize events to foster interaction between families and schools;
• Observe classes systematically to give feedback and develop the team;
• Monitor and guide teaching planning;
• Participate in coordination teams of other programs;
• Hold regular meetings with the cycle team;
• Actively participate in organizing events with families and students;
• Analyze results and evaluation indicators, connecting social factors for strategic planning;
• Engage with families;
• Collaborate with leadership and other sectors to uphold the institution's mission;
• Conduct ongoing team training;
• Link theory and practice, supporting the team in didactic transposition;
• Resolve conflicts through mediation and restorative justice;
• Coordinate calendar and lesson matrices.

**Technical Skills:**

• Degree in Pedagogy or Education;
• Knowledge or training in Educational Guidance, Post-graduation in Education, Conflict Mediation, Socio-emotional Education, Design Thinking, Mathematical Mindsets, BNCC, SDGs, transversal themes (anti-racism, sustainability, gender equality, indigenous culture, etc.), Leadership, Educational Management, Strategic Planning;
• Experience with ABP Methodology (Project-Based Learning);
• Educational Technology;
• Basic knowledge of Statistics, indicators, and data.

**Availability:**
