O papel envolve liderar todo o ciclo de aprendizado, desde o diagnóstico até a mensuração de impacto, colaborando com várias áreas estratégicas. O candidato ideal deve ter formação superior em Nutrição ou Farmácia, experiência em T&D, e habilidades analíticas excepcionais, além de oferecer um modelo de trabalho híbrido.

Qualificações

• Experiência anterior como analista sênior ou coordenador em T&D.
• Proeficiência em inglês é um diferencial.

About the Job

We are looking for a Training Coordinator to develop and execute learning solutions for the Demand Generation teams in Specialized Nutrition. This person will be responsible for the entire learning cycle — from diagnosis to impact measurement — and will lead a direct team while collaborating with various strategic areas.

• Diagnose development needs based on performance data and stakeholder interviews;
• Design and lead the tactical training plan for different field team profiles;
• Structure and implement T&D programs focused on performance and practical impact;
• Manage content providers and partners, ensuring quality deliveries;
• Evaluate program impact using the four stages of the Kirkpatrick model;
• Curate and manage the learning platform (LMS), ensuring updated pathways and adherence to journeys;
• Lead a team, promoting high-level development and execution.

Qualifications

• Complete higher education (preferably in Nutrition or Pharmacy);
• English proficiency is a plus;
• Previous experience as a senior analyst or specialist/coordinator in T&D;
• Analytical skills and strategic vision to connect business data to learning solutions;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (field, marketing, medical affairs, trade, IT, etc.);
• Experience in the pharmaceutical sector is a plus;
• Knowledge of LMS tools and Microsoft Office suite;
• Availability to work in a hybrid model, 2x/week at the office on Av. Paulista (SP).
