QUAIS SERÃO SUAS PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES

• Gestão de time e desenvolvimento de pessoas;
  
• Gestão de informações gerais de Segurança e Meio Ambiente;
  
• Elaboração e gestão de indicadores;
  
• Liderança de sistema de gestão;
  
• Liderança e gestão de projetos;
  
• Influenciar pessoas na construção da cultura de meio ambiente e segurança;
  
• Gerenciar rotinas de Segurança e Meio Ambiente no dia-a-dia;
  
• Gerenciamento de ações e não conformidade;
  
• Gestão de licenças e documentos legais;
  
• Liderar e gerenciar as ferramentas de avaliação de risco (Hazops, FEMEA, Risk Análises, Aspectos e Impactos Ambientais, etc.) bem como liderar todo o programa de eliminação de riscos;
  
• Realizar a gestão de licenças e documentos legais principalmente os ligados a processos de AVCB demais recomendações de emergência, PPRA, LTCAT, PPP, gestão de EPIS, Quadros do SESMT;
  
• Gerenciar as adequações de máquinas e equipamentos frente aos requisitos das normas NR12 e NR10;
  
• Suportar a gestão de segurança de processos;
  
• Liderar o programa do gerenciamento de contratados;
  
• Ser responsável pela gestão do sistema de respostas a emergência, desde a elaboração do plano de emergência até a formação e atuação da brigada de emergência;
  
• Realizar a gestão de atividades críticas como: trabalho em altura, espaço confinado, trabalhos a quente, atividades com químicos etc.;
  
• Ser suporte na gestão da CIPA
  
• Responsável pela gestão de budget;

• Graduação em Engenharia com Pós em Engenharia de Segurança é obrigatório;
