Job Overview

Ensure the efficient execution of operational activities related to receiving, storage, replenishment, sorting, and shipping of materials, guaranteeing compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards, contributing to supply chain fluidity and full meeting of internal and external customer demands.

What You Will Do

• Follow SSMA procedures, correctly use PPE/EPCs, and promote a safe environment
• Perform daily tasks according to procedures, checklists, and operational standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization, respecting waste disposal and selective collection norms
• Coordinate receiving, storage, production replenishment, and shipping activities
• Monitor material inspection and perform visual checks for damages and packaging
• Request vehicles as needed, control returnable packaging, and manage scrap disposal
• Conduct inventories, control physical and accounting stocks, and initiate corrective actions when necessary
• Lead teams, provide feedback, develop leadership, and plan shifts according to demand
• Participate in training and promote a culture of innovation and waste reduction
• Support audits, handle chemical products according to standards, and maintain the environment per legal requirements

Requirements

• Completed higher education in logistics, administration, or related fields
• Experience in team management and industrial logistics routines
• Knowledge of WMS, SAP, cyclic inventory, operational audits, and KPIs
• Ability to operate forklifts, tow tractors, and hydraulic carts (with valid certification)
• Knowledge of Lean tools (5S, PDCA, Kaizen) and SSMA basics
• Intermediate English for communication
• Availability to work onsite in Itatiba - SP
• Availability for afternoon shifts
