Purpose of the role

• Manage site controlling activities for Sao Paulo, Brazil
• Support the business controlling network by providing local information
• Ensure full finance integration into operations
• Support site-level projects
• Actively involve and challenge decisions

Core Responsibilities

• Analyze financial information for management and stakeholders, including Group, Division, Regional, and Functional Controlling
• Participate in site operations meetings to enhance financial visibility and support site activities
• Manage costing activities and COGS analysis
• Contribute to site projects aimed at process and cost improvements
• Assist in developing and analyzing business plans, budgets, forecasts, and cost-saving strategies
• Support month-end financial close processes
• Review P&L analyses, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions
• Manage the annual site budget process
• Collaborate with engineers and management on capital proposals and value realization
• Ensure compliance with Corporate Finance guidelines

Primary Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or professional accountancy qualification
• Over 7 years of controlling/finance experience in manufacturing
