Qualificações

• 10-15 years of experience in similar roles is required.

Our team in Brazil is growing, we are currently recruiting for a Control and Automation Engineer - Mid/Senior Level to join our Minerals & Metals Business line in the Belo Horizonte - MG office.

About the role:

• The professional will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and planning activities related to the design of automation and instrumentation systems for the mining, steel, and oil & gas industries. Strong communication skills are essential to facilitate collaboration with other engineering disciplines in project development.

About you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Automation Engineering;
• 10 - 15 years of experience in similar roles;
• Knowledge of PLC, SCADA, DCS, and embedded automation systems;
• Understanding of industrial network architectures and their integration with automation systems;
• Ability to develop electrical diagrams, P&ID, and industrial automation network architectures;
• Skills to diagnose problems, interpret data, and propose efficient solutions;
• Collaboration with multidisciplinary engineering and IT teams;
• Preparation of reports, technical specifications, and presentation of solutions to clients and stakeholders;
• Advanced English;
• Intermediate Spanish;
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office;
• Intermediate knowledge of AutoCAD and Volo View.
