What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with the talent acquisition team to identify and attract top nursing talent
- Build and maintain a robust talent database through various sourcing methods
- Conduct initial outreach to prospective candidates to generate interest in roles
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on candidate profiles and needs
- Track and manage candidate interactions using enterprise-level databases
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 6 months to 5+ years of experience in researching/sourcing or cold-calling in a healthcare environment, depending on the level
- Experience using an enterprise-level database for tracking prospects, including ATS and CRM systems
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Proven ability to source clinicians or relevant search firm experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is highly preferred
