As a Contract Support Officer, you will manage access control, greet visitors, contractors, and staff, and be vigilant for suspicious activity. Your responsibilities include ID checks, responding to emergencies, and providing information to staff and visitors.

The ideal candidate will have customer service experience and excellent personal presentation, as these sites handle the public frequently. The role involves outside working, patrolling, and Front of House duties. Flexibility to cover sickness, holidays, and last-minute events is essential.

Role Details:

• Position: Contract Support Officer
• Pay Rate: £12.70 per hour
• Shift Pattern: Days, Nights, and Weekends (full flexibility required)
• Location: Sites in South regions
• Requirements: Door Supervisor SIA licence, UK Driving licence, and own vehicle (essential)

Main Duties:

• Ensure security of property and people
• Manage reception duties (Front of House experience preferred)
• Prevent unauthorized access and protect premises from damage
• Monitor security systems including CCTV, alarms, and access control
• Respond to emergencies and assist staff and visitors
• Maintain logs and produce incident reports
• Operate and oversee security equipment
• Follow site security and safety policies

Must Haves:

• Valid SIA licence
• CCTV licence (desired)
• UK Driving licence
• Minimum 1 year security experience
• Customer service and communication skills

• IT literacy
