Job Description

We are seeking a Contract Lawyer to join our team remotely.

Responsibilities:

1. Draft, review, and amend contracts, legal opinions, letters, and other legal documents.
2. Support and facilitate negotiation processes.
3. Coordinate with internal stakeholders on legal queries; provide legal support on various issues.
4. Devise and document contract strategies aligned with our company values.
5. Ensure compliance of all contracts and actions with relevant laws (local, state, federal, international).
6. Draft additional legal documentation as needed.
7. Identify and report potential or existing legal issues to relevant authorities.

Qualifications:

1. Master's Degree in Law from a Western or acknowledged Ukrainian university.
2. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in an international environment.
3. Strong knowledge of Business, Contract, IP, Tax, Corporate Law, Data Protection, and international business regulation.
4. Experience in drafting legal documents.
5. Ability to work independently and responsibly.
6. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
7. Proficiency in legal English and Ukrainian (for UA-based candidates): reading, writing, speaking.
