What You'll Do

We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to support our global commercial legal team. In this role, you'll help drive efficient contract operations, ensure record accuracy, and be a key connector between Legal, Sales, Finance, Procurement, and other teams. You’ll be instrumental in keeping our contract workflows running smoothly as we scale.

What Your Responsibilities Will Be
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of commercial contracts, including intake, status tracking, internal reviews, approvals, signatures, and proper archiving for the global commercial legal team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our contract management system.
  • Respond to internal contract-related requests—locating agreements, summarizing key terms, and supporting template usage.
  • Assist the legal and commercial teams with administrative tasks related to templates, playbooks, and contracting processes.
  • Help ensure compliance with internal policies and workflows, particularly around contract review and approvals.
  • Collaborate across time zones with teams in Legal, Sales, Procurement, and Finance.
What You’ll Need To Be Successful
  • 1–3 years of experience in contract administration, legal operations, or a commercial support role.
  • Solid understanding of commercial contracts, including NDAs, MSAs, and SOWs.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken); Spanish is a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively, work independently, and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, international, tech-driven environment.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with contract management systems (e.g., Ironclad, DocuSign CLM, Concord).
  • Exposure to SaaS, software, or other tech-sector contract environments.
  • Understanding of procurement or sales operations.
