The Role:

The Content Production Manager works closely with the client’s Image Producer and the agency Content Studio to execute and create localized screens for websites and marketing materials, including reviewing content for cultural appropriateness in Spanish. The role also supports the language creative team with content assets and photography versions. The manager collaborates with various teams to select content, coordinate projects, and ensure timely delivery of localized assets across multiple platforms, including apps, media, and entertainment content.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Follow localization strategies from the client’s Image Producer and coordinate with functional teams to meet deadlines.
  2. Plan resourcing and prioritize tasks with the client Image Producer and agency studio.
  3. Create shortlists of campaign imagery based on briefs.
  4. Gather assets, create briefs for content creation, and manage asset requests from Geo Content Studio.
  5. Develop proficiency in iOS & OS software and understand client products deeply.
  6. Request photo retouching and manage image approvals.
  7. Fulfill image requests and communicate with worldwide teams for asset transfers.
  8. Utilize third-party assets with Business Affairs and transfer launch assets to long-term digital systems.
  9. Manage asset databases and organize archives.
  10. Train new team members and understand language nuances for localization needs.
  11. Track and manage content localization throughout production to ensure on-time delivery.
  12. Oversee final asset staging, QC, and delivery, and collaborate on job distribution planning.
Requirements:
  • At least 4 years’ experience in graphic production, photo producing, or project management at a design firm, ad agency, or interactive shop.
  • Creative, flexible, tech-savvy, and solutions-oriented, with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
  • Proficiency in iOS and OS software is essential.
  • Knowledge of image reproduction needs for web, POS, motion graphics, and email marketing.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent memory.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment, with flexibility for extended hours and weekends.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in English and Spanish.
