Position Overview

We are seeking a Content Producer & YouTube Growth Strategist to lead our podcast and video marketing efforts. This hybrid role involves managing podcast guest coordination, YouTube channel growth, content repurposing, and performance optimization. Ideal candidates are digital storytellers capable of translating complex topics into engaging media across various platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end podcast production: outreach, scheduling, recording, and follow-ups.
• Implement a channel-first strategy to grow YouTube discoverability, watch time, and subscribers.
• Coordinate post-production with editors and designers for high-quality content.
• Develop a content repurposing strategy across social platforms like LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram.
• Create visual assets and promotional content aligned with platform trends and brand standards.
• Write and distribute newsletters to boost engagement and educate users.
• Maintain and optimize WordPress content for SEO.
• Monitor and analyze video and podcast metrics to refine strategies.
• Engage with communities across platforms.
• Utilize HubSpot for audience management, automation, and performance tracking.
• Develop tutorials, onboarding videos, and educational content for customer support.

Qualifications
