Overview
The Content Marketer plans, creates, sources, curates, edits, and manages strategic marketing content. This position reliably and independently produces accurate, on-brand, compelling content that contributes to measurable business goals and aligns with the company's strategic priorities.
This position is remote and open to candidates in Brazil or Colombia.
What you will be doing
- Write and edit compelling content, including but not limited to SEO-rich web copy, case studies, articles, e-books, emails, social media posts, video scripts, digital ads, and more. This content will drive traffic, engagement, and leads to support customer acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional marketing team to create and iterate upon a content plan, including strategic recommendations, for assigned coverage areas. Contribute to the development, maintenance, and growth of the content plan.
- Consult with product and industry subject matter experts to develop messaging into compelling, error-free content that supports revenue growth.
- Adhere to brand standards and editorial governance to ensure all content aligns with the company’s voice, style, and tone.
- Leverage storytelling techniques to create benefits-focused content that addresses readers’ needs.
- Work with operations teams on content performance metrics to ensure content achieves business impact.
- Manage the translation process for content, including sending materials for translation, coordinating stakeholder reviews, approving translations, and facilitating implementation within the CMS.
- Use CMS tools to optimize content creation, updates, and publishing workflows.
- Discover and apply emerging content marketing best practices.
- Provide feedback to team members and potentially to leadership regarding technical abilities.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Extensive background in content marketing, communications, and writing

- Expertise in creating clear, grammatically correct, and engaging content
- Significant experience writing digital content for websites, email, video, advertising, and social platforms
- Proficiency in direct-response writing strategies and best practices
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS)
- Experience using AI writing tools to enhance content creation
- Ability to manage end-to-end translation processes, including reviews, approvals, and CMS implementation
- Proficiency in AP Style
- Willingness to travel up to 5%
- Or equivalent education and experience to meet the role's needs
