- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably with overseas market growth, operation and communication experience.
- 3+ years of experience in user operation/integrated marketing. Experience in local O2O/e-commerce platform campaign operation is preferred.
- Experience in planning and operating large-scale internationalized consumer marketing activities is preferred (experience in marketing activities such as Black Friday, Christmas, Double 11, etc. is especially good)
- Familiar with local mainstream social/O2O/e-commerce platform campaign play (e.g. Instagram hot push, WhatsApp fission, local e-commerce promotion tools, etc.).
- Local native language communication skills (preferred). Business English communication skills.
- Strong communication skills, empathy, good at organizing and multi-cultural teamwork, able to take full initiative in multi-role projects and coordinate resources to drive goal achievement.
- Sensitive to data, strong analytical skills, proficient in SQL, with the ability to find key and breakthrough points from data to drive related construction and optimization.
- Solid understanding of user research and analysis methods, marketing creativity, keen market insights and ability to capture hotspots.
- Deep understanding of local culture, consumption habits and internet ecology, able to quickly capture local hotspots.
Campaign Strategy Development:Develop C-end platform marketing campaign strategies and integrated calendars based on local user insights, key dates, and trends (e.g., major promotions, festivals, viral campaigns, KOL collaborations).
End-to-End Campaign Execution:Lead campaign implementation from theme ideation, gameplay design, page setup, and subsidy/merchant acquisition. Coordinate cross-functionally (PR, Brand, Supply, Subsidies) for traffic, GMV growth, and subsidy efficiency.
Localized Campaign Design:Create locally relevant campaigns leveraging cultural events, user habits, and regional festivals (e.g., Carnival, Black Friday).
Growth Opportunity Identification:Identify growth opportunities within delivery scenarios and local user segments. Plan joint campaigns leveraging key accounts (KA) and partners.
Data Analysis & Optimization:Monitor campaign metrics, adjust strategies in real-time, conduct post-campaign analysis, and refine methodologies for participation & conversion rates.
Marketing Innovation & Product Collaboration:Drive innovation in campaign mechanics. Collaborate with Product to enhance marketing tools and functionalities based on local market needs and business strategy.
Integrated Marketing Planning & Stakeholder Alignment:Act as Marketing Business Partner (BP), consolidate cross-departmental needs, and develop unified marketing plans.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher.
3+ years in user operations/integrated marketing. Local O2O/E-commerce campaign experience preferred.
Experience in large-scale international consumer campaigns (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas, 11.11) is a plus.
Familiarity with local social/O2O/E-commerce platforms & tactics (e.g., Instagram trends, WhatsApp viral mechanics, local promo tools)
Excellent communication, empathy, and cross-cultural collaboration skills. Proactive in driving multi-stakeholder projects.
Strong data acumen & analytical skills. Proficient in SQL to derive insights and drive optimization.
Solid user research skills, marketing creativity, market insight, and trend-spotting ability.
Deep understanding of local culture, consumer habits, and internet ecosystem. Ability to quickly identify local trends.
