Responsibilities and duties

For this position, you need to have:

• High school diploma or equivalent;
• Experience in sales and merchandising;
• Experience in customer service;
• Knowledge of consultative sales techniques;
• Basic knowledge of Merchandising principles and important points of execution.

It will be a plus if you have:

• Experience with beauty products.

Your knowledge will support you in the following challenges:

• Executing daily store activities — restocking, planogram application, pricing, implementing materials, etc.;
• Winning additional points;
• Carrying out merchandising routines;
• Executing campaigns and negotiations as per the Commercial/Trade Marketing team;
• Increasing stock volume through centralized trade actions, seasonal campaigns, direct negotiations, and ensuring correct product pricing at the point of sale;
• Implementing promotional campaigns developed by the Trade Marketing team and training store staff;
• Monitoring sales targets to ensure company results are met.
