What We Expect From You

• Complete high school education;
• Active CRECI or enrolled in a real estate transaction technical course; or willingness to undertake the course;
• Availability to work flexible hours;
• Experience in sales, promotion, telemarketing, or related fields;
• Entrepreneurial spirit, initiative, and commitment to the business;
• Good communication, negotiation skills, dynamism, and proficiency with digital tools.

Experience in the real estate field is not required.
