Riachuelo is seeking a VM Specialist to guide store teams across Brazil in visual merchandising standards, layout symmetry, and mannequins. You will train staff, monitor the application of VM concepts, and participate in remodels and openings with a focus on consistent, high-quality presentation.

You'll analyze competition, update capacity in the system, and provide field information to VM leadership. Expect travel to stores under your responsibility and regular collaboration with Operations

Responsabilidades

• Provide store consulting with maximum frequency, guiding, training, and monitoring the application of VM standards through the 360º checklist.
• Participate in store remodels and openings, delivering stores with excellence and within VM concepts.
• Analyze the competition.
• Train store teams on VM.
• Update capacity in the system.
• Stay updated and in tune with the fashion universe.
• Provide field information to VM Operations Manager and Regional VM Supervisor.
• Deliver the VM goals with quality and on time.
• Create a schedule to be present consistently in the stores under your responsibility.
• Use and maintain all VM materials (equipment, mannequin, splash, peripherals, etc.).
