The position:
We are looking for a Sales Advisor to join our Wilhelmsen Ships Services team. This position will act as the key point of contact for customers in the Customer Service department, advising and supporting them on which products to buy, when, why, and where. The role also involves managing orders, providing excellent service, and driving sales through proactive follow-ups on quotes to increase conversion.
About the location / department:
The position will be located in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. You will report to the Customer Service Manager for your territory and closely cooperate with Sales, TSMs, TSBDMs, and other internal stakeholders, including Operations and Credit.
Who you are:
We are looking for someone with a customer-focused mindset, the ability to adapt to customer needs, and a proactive attitude. You should have a passion for sales and customer service, with the ability to turn opportunities into sales growth.
