Our Customer Success Team manages relationships with key recurring clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term value. In this role, you will develop market expertise, ensure the relevance and quality of analyses and recommendations for major industry clients, identify client needs, design tailored solutions, and contribute to the sales process.

Responsibilities

  • Support regional deployment and adoption of gfknewron (GfK Analytics Platform), focusing on Predict and Consumer modules, including training internal teams and clients.
  • Advise clients on maximizing the value of panel data, understanding key performance indicators, and interpreting reports.
  • Assist clients using data from gfknewron and related tools, and participate in client-focused development projects.
  • Develop in-depth sector-specific market expertise, including market dynamics, brand performance, and distribution channels.
  • Conduct analyses and translate client briefs into presentations and actionable recommendations tailored to marketing and sales teams.
  • Participate in Tech & Durables Latam innovation initiatives for growth.
  • Collaborate with sales, customer success, and other departments to identify client needs and sales opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in consulting and market research solutions.
  • Strong business understanding in durable consumer goods markets or consumer packaged goods.
  • Interest in Tech & Durables product categories and markets.
  • Excellent English and Spanish language skills.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with a client-centric approach.
  • Proactive engagement with multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Eagerness to learn, open mindset, team spirit, and entrepreneurial attitude.
