Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Salesforce Consultant, you will serve as a client-facing practitioner who sells, leads, and implements expert services utilizing the breadth of IBM's offerings and technologies. A successful Consultant is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions to solve challenging business problems. You will work on projects that help clients integrate strategy, process, technology, and information to increase effectiveness, reduce costs, and improve profit and shareholder value. Your responsibilities include:

1. Innovative Salesforce CRM Solutions: Collaborate with clients and development teams to design and implement creative solutions with Salesforce CRM Applications.
2. Strategic Consulting and Functional Leadership: Use your consulting skills and business knowledge to lead functional discussions to understand client challenges and address them with solution architecture.
3. Architectural Best Practices Advocacy: Establish and promote design and architecture guidelines and best practices within internal teams.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Experience in Vlocity, especially in Omnistudio, CPQ, and OM; Knowledge of LWC and other relevant technologies
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Proactive attitude and commitment to project objectives
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
