Your role and responsibilities

As a Salesforce Consultant, you will serve as a client-facing practitioner who sells, leads, and implements expert services utilizing IBM's offerings and technologies. A successful Consultant is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions to solve challenging business problems.

You will work on projects that help clients integrate strategy, process, technology, and information to increase effectiveness, reduce costs, and improve profit and shareholder value. You can take advantage of opportunities to master new skills, work across different disciplines, move into new challenges, and develop a robust understanding of various industries.

Your primary responsibilities include:

  1. Innovative Salesforce CRM Solutions: Collaborate with clients and development teams to design and implement creative solutions with Salesforce CRM applications.
  2. Strategic Consulting and Functional Leadership: Use your consulting skills and business knowledge to lead discussions to understand client challenges and address them with solution architecture.
  3. Architectural Best Practices Advocacy: Establish and promote design and architecture guidelines and best practices within internal teams.

Required technical and professional expertise

We are looking for a candidate with advanced technical knowledge in Sales Cloud + Vlocity. The ideal candidate should have:

  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud (Leads, Opportunities, Quotes, Contracts)
  • Experience configuring Salesforce (Profiles, Roles, Flows, Approval Processes, Escalation, Layouts)
  • Experience with EPC and CPQ Industries (Vlocity) - Shelf and Cart
  • Functional integration experience
  • Requirements analysis with/without integration
  • Software design
  • Agile development practices
  • Software documentation
  • Software lifecycle management

Preferred technical and professional experience

  • Knowledge of CLM Industries (Vlocity)
  • Certifications: Business Analyst and Omnistudio Consultant
  • Experience unifying processes across different companies/business areas
  • Sales Cloud certification
  • Intermediate English proficiency
