Main responsibilities
- Greet customers upon arrival at the store and assist with issuing service tickets.
- Sell quick services such as accessories, recharge, and SIM card exchange, whenever there is no queue for ticket issuance.
- Support quick consultations for basic information like account holder, line status, coverage, and stock availability to optimize service.
- Maintain adherence to the Occupational Health and Safety Management System requirements and participate in related programs.
- Follow Telefônica's Environmental Policy and implement good environmental practices in daily activities to ensure proper environmental management of the company.
