HCLTech is seeking a Business Analyst to gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into clear user stories, and support solution delivery in Agile and Waterfall environments. The ideal candidate will work with stakeholders to refine requirements, model processes, and ensure delivered functionality meets expectations.

The role involves creating data insights using SQL, Power BI, and Tableau, and collaborating across teams to ensure high-quality solutions.

Qualificações

• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Proficient in SQL queries and data visualization with BI tools.
• Ability to create and refine user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Familiar with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and requirements management.
• Strong communication to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Gather, analyze, document, and refine business requirements with stakeholders.
• Develop User Stories, Use Cases, Epics, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Manage functional and non-functional requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct business process analysis and process modeling activities.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement discussions.
• Validate delivered functionality against documented requirements.
• Support backlog refinement, prioritization, and sprint planning.
• Create reports and perform data analysis using SQL, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Communicate business requirements and technical solutions across teams.
