In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

As a managing consultant, you will serve as a client-facing practitioner working collaboratively with clients to deliver high-quality solutions and be a trusted business advisor with deep understanding of SAP Accelerate delivery methodology or equivalent and associated work products. You will lead design workshops, support business development activities and mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and knowledge. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Strategic SAP Solution Leadership: Leading the technical design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions for simplicity, amplification, and maintainability that meet client needs.
• Team Delivery leadership: Lead and manage high performing team of SAP consultants to deliver work products on time, budget, and quality.
• Comprehensive Solution Delivery: Involvement in strategy development and solution implementation, leveraging your functional expertise of SAP with clients and team members and working with the latest technologies.

Required technical and professional expertise

- Acting as a specialist in the SAP ISU FICA module, leading activities related to credit management, collection, payments and financial reconciliation.
- Implementing, configuring and optimizing financial management solutions in utility systems.
- Identifying and resolving complex problems related to the accounts receivable cycle, delinquency and invoice settlement.
- Ensuring compliance of financial processes with local and international regulations.
- Developing technical and functional documentation, as well as conducting training for user teams.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure consistent integrations with other SAP modules (such as Billing) and financial systems.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in areas such as Administration, Information Technology, Accounting or Engineering.
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in projects involving the SAP ISU FICA module.
- Advanced knowledge of accounts receivable processes, default management and financial reconciliation.
- Ability to parameterize and customize FICA to meet business needs.
- Clear and efficient communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred technical and professional experience

- Advanced English (desirable for international projects).

**Differentials:**

- Experience with solutions based on S/4HANA Utilities.
- Experience with legacy system migration and optimization projects.
- SAP certification related to the ISU FICA module.
- Experience in companies in the utilities sector or digital transformation projects.
