Your role and responsibilities
Develops and implements complex analytical frameworks to address significant challenges, evaluating the impact of solutions on organizational objectives.
Mentors others in analytical techniques and creative problem-solving strategies. Establishes feedback loops for ongoing improvement. Champions the adoption of technology solutions to make informed decisions and eliminate bottlenecks in project delivery, enhancing overall organizational efficiency.
Recognized as a key leader who drives organizational change and fosters a culture of autonomy and innovation. Demonstrates a high level of autonomy in shaping strategic decisions that affect the function, using deep expertise and insights to guide choices, rather than guidance from management.
Takes the initiative to propose and lead major initiatives that transform processes, enhance capabilities, or introduce new technologies. Leverages extensive industry knowledge to develop and lead strategic plans at function level, and/or that may have company-wide effects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and driving measurable business outcomes and organizational success.
Contributes to client strategies by showing a deep understanding of a client's business, industry, market, technology, and strategy for winning.
Advanced understanding of functional area and a competent understanding of the overall company and competitive environment.

Required education
Bachelor's Degree

- Development new opportunities in Telecom and ME clients.
- Management IBM projects in the clients.
- Development of relationship/connections and create a new pipeline.
Preferred technical and professional experience
Knowledge and experience in project management and methodologies (Agile, PMI, etc.);
Knowledge and experience in the telecommunications industry;
