You'll work closely with clients, facilitating strategic workshops and designing customized learning experiences. Ideal candidates have 2–8 years' experience in consulting or corporate environments, possess analytical and communication skills, and are native Portuguese speakers fluent in English. What You’ll Do

As a Consultant at BTS, you’ll help organizations translate their strategies into real, measurable outcomes. You’ll work closely with clients — from senior executives to emerging leaders — to design and deliver experiences that change how people think, act, and lead.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Facilitating strategic workshops and leadership sessions , both in-person and virtually, helping teams connect their goals to business performance.
• Designing customized learning journeys and simulations , in partnership with our global Centers of Excellence.
• Analyzing business challenges to generate insights and recommendations that bridge strategy, leadership, and execution.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously , ensuring quality, impact, and client satisfaction.
• Building trusted relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to expand our work and create long-term partnerships.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team , bringing together creativity, analytical thinking, and a human touch.
