- Ability to manage multiple tasks and clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Effective communication skills in English and portuguese.
- Ability to travel to client sites semi-regularly.

- Knowledge of project management tools.

The Consultant – Program Management / Junior Project Manager is responsible for supporting clients in acquiring, engaging, and retaining customers by managing fraud and risk, enhancing cybersecurity, and improving the digital payments experience. The role blends traditional management consulting with data insights and technology to deliver strategic recommendations across industries, including banking, payments, retail, and restaurants.
You will lead individual projects with minimal supervision, track metrics, conduct complex analyses, prepare communications for client and internal leadership, and assist clients with implementation tasks.
