As a Consultant, you will report to an Associate Managing Director in the Offensive Security department. You will be the technical expert on our engagements with Latin American clients, supporting the scoping of services to address their cybersecurity challenges, and acting as their security subject matter expert and ours. You will also deliver penetration tests for clients based in North America and Europe. Additionally, you will mentor Associate Consultants and Consultants, serving as a role model for their careers. You are constantly ingesting security events and information, integrating it into your practices, and communicating this knowledge effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

1. Deliver consultative and offensive security engagements, such as web application, API, and infrastructure penetration tests, demonstrating expertise to clients and teammates.
2. Support the technical delivery of engagements by defining execution strategies, performing tests, discussing results with clients, and collaborating with the global Offensive Security Team.
3. Solution and scope engagements, including penetration tests, consultative engagements, phishing exercises, and more.
4. Author deliverables such as vulnerability reports and executive summaries.
5. Work with regional leadership to customize services, approaches, and solutions to meet client needs.
6. Possess 2+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with 1+ years in penetration testing or red teaming.
7. Have expert knowledge of application security, infrastructure security, and other offensive or defensive security domains.
8. Demonstrate a strong appetite for self-directed learning and a willingness to explore new areas.
9. Exhibit high adaptability to different tools and industries.
10. Share knowledge generously and exhibit patience when mentoring apprentices.
11. Be fluent in Portuguese, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
12. Possess strong communication skills in English and/or Spanish, which will be considered a plus.
13. Proven ability to deliver Offensive Security engagements.
