Coca-Cola HBC in Rio de Janeiro seeks an HR Compliance Consultant to oversee global compliance operations and coordinate documentation for audits across regions. You will manage HR files, ensure GDPR compliance, and support onboarding and international assignments.

Your role requires a degree in business/HR, 3+ years in HR or employment law, and fluency in Portuguese with strong English proficiency for global collaboration.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; native-level Portuguese and advanced English.

Responsabilidades

  • Oversee HR compliance operations across multiple countries and regions.
  • Assist audits by providing documents and information for corporate and statutory audits.
  • Maintain and audit HR records in multiple languages, ensuring GDPR compliance.
  • Coordinate onboarding, employee lifecycle documents, and contracts with signing authorities.
  • Support onboarding in countries within scope and draft regional works council documents.

Job Description Summary

The Consultant, HR Compliance, plays a crucial role in ensuring adherence to global regulations and company policies across multiple countries and regions. This position is responsible for managing HR compliance and documentation processes, coordinating efforts for both corporate and statutory audits, and supporting the Quality and Governance framework. Additionally, this role involves coordinating with local authorities worldwide as needed for these processes.

What You’ll Do for Us
  • Oversee HR compliance operations across multiple countries and regions, ensuring alignment with global regulations and adherence to company policies.
  • Assist Quality and Governance processes by providing necessary documents and information for corporate and statutory audits worldwide.
  • Prepare documents, maintain digital and physical personnel files as legally required, manage document retrieval and distribution, and conduct regular file audits to ensure compliance with GDPR and other international regulations, in collaboration with the Workplace team when applicable.
  • Manage compliance documentation in various languages.
  • Perform statutory reporting to external entities.
  • Supervise vendor relationships to ensure compliance with quality standards related to file management and documentation.
  • Administer HR files throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, career movements, terminations, and international assignments.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires in the respective countries within their scope of responsibility.
  • Draft agreements and necessary documents for works councils in different regions as needed.
  • Coordinate the acquisition of wet signatures for contracts and other HR-related documents, adhering to the designated signing authorities in each country.
  • Engage in any optimization and automation project for the processes mentioned above.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources or related.
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience, preferably in HR and-or employment legislation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Native-level fluency in Brazilian Portuguese (spoken and written) is required.
  • Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written) is required.
  • With the ability to communicate effectively in a professional business environment.

Additional Skills and Competencies
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, with knowledge of systems like Workday, DocuSign, and filing platforms.
  • Ability to build relationships in different countries and cultures.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the capability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with GDPR and other international data protection regulations.
  • Ability to adapt to changing regulations and effectively update compliance strategies.
