You will work in teams of 3–5 consultants, actively engaging in all aspects of client work. You will help clients transform industries, business models, and create competitive advantages. Our clients include some of the largest and most innovative companies across industries such as oil and gas, metals and mining, telecommunications, retail, banking, and finance.

Your daily tasks will include gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing and communicating recommendations. You will present results to client management and collaborate with client teams to implement solutions.

Your qualifications and skills

• Undergraduate degree and/or Master's, MBA, PhD with an Engineering background (Chemical, Geology, Geoscience, Industrial)
• Proven experience in the metals and mining sector and business management
• Native Portuguese speaker with advanced English skills (fluent in speaking and writing)
• Exceptional problem-solving skills to untangle complex issues
• Strong logical reasoning and creative thinking abilities
• Quantitative aptitude
