Utopia is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager on-site in Preá, Ceará to lead boutique hospitality asset projects from inception to completion. You will plan, coordinate, and monitor schedules, budgets, and quality to deliver on time and on budget.

You will collaborate with architects, engineers, interior designers, and procurement teams, manage contractors, and provide regular progress updates. Fluency in English and proficiency with Google Sheets, AutoCAD, and Revit are required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in construction project management with end-to-end delivery.
• Experience in hospitals, hotels, hospitality, luxury residential, or similar projects.
• Experience managing contractors, budgets, schedules, procurement, and project delivery.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.
• Experience working within international teams, clients, consultants, or contractors is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD, and project reporting tools.

Responsabilidades

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager on-site in Preá, Ceará to join our project team within the real estate development and construction business, focusing on boutique hospitality assets.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. You should be able to work independently on day-to-day tasks, coordinate effectively with the project team, and provide accurate reports and updates regularly. You will be a member of a growing Project Management Office and will collaborate closely with the entire design and construction team, including architects, interior designers, structural and MEP engineers, the FF&E procurement team, and client representatives.

This role will focus primarily on construction execution, contractor management, and schedule delivery, with engagement in cost control, risk management, and project planning throughout the lifecycle.

We expect you to be fluent in English and proficient in software such as Google Sheets, AutoCAD, and Revit. Knowledge of procurement, tender management, contract administration, and construction processes is also required.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, be punctual, detail-oriented, and motivated to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to the highest quality.
