Utopia, a luxury hospitality brand, seeks a Construction Project Manager on-site in Ceará, Brazil. You will plan, coordinate, and manage boutique hospitality construction from inception to delivery, collaborating with architects, engineers, and procurement teams.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and English fluency, with proficiency in Google Sheets, AutoCAD, and Revit for reporting and documentation. On-site focus with international team collaboration.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• 6+ years of construction project coordination/management experience.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Google Sheets, AutoCAD; data analysis with Power BI/Looker Studio.
• Fluent English is required.

Responsabilidades

About The Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager on-site in Ceará, Brazil to collaborate with our project team within the real estate development and construction business, focusing on boutique hospitality assets. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. You should be able to do day‑to‑day tasks independently, coordinate effectively with the project team, and provide accurate reports and updates regularly. You will collaborate closely with the entire design and construction team, including architects, interior designers, structural and MEP engineers, the FF&E procurement team, and client representatives. This role will focus primarily on construction execution, contractor management, and schedule delivery, with engagement in cost control, risk management, and project planning throughout the lifecycle. We expect you to be fluent in English and proficient in software such as Google Sheets, AutoCAD, and Revit. Knowledge of procurement, tender management, contract administration, and construction processes is also required. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills, be punctual, detail‑oriented, and motivated to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to the highest quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience in construction project coordination, project management (+6 years).
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Excel, Google Sheets, AutoCAD) as well as data analysis (Power BI, Looker Studio).
• Experience in data analysis, including cost tracking, schedule performance metrics, and trend reporting.
• English fluency is required for this opportunity.
