Job Title: Construction Oversight and Review
Location: Barcarena, Brazil
Type: Contract
Contractor Work Model: Onsite
Duration: 5 months (Starting in July or August)
Mobilization/Demobilization: Roundtrip airfare to Brazil.
Housing, meals, and transportation provided (7) days per week for the term of the assignment.
R&R: Trips home will be every 3 months

System One is currently seeking a strong Construction Oversight and Review Manager in Barcarena, Brazil on a combine cycle project (gas turbine, steam turbine).

Construction Oversight and Review Manager Responsibilities:
• Managing the execution of projects
• Coordinating with internal and external departments
• Identifying and controlling construction risk
• Managing multi-disciplinary teams (electrical and mechanical systems)
• Serving as a liaison between the firm and clients
• Managing multiple competing priorities

Construction Oversight and Review Manager Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree from ABET – accredited engineering program - preferred
• 10 years of experience with mechanical and electrical construction of combine cycle power plant
• Experience working with EPC firms
• Engineering design experience is a plus
• PMP Certification is a plus
• Construction and start-up experience a plus
• Bilingual (English – Spanish/Portuguese)
