• Planning and executing complex negotiation projects;
• Strategic management of purchases, category management, and strategic sourcing;
• End-to-end process optimization for procurement of materials, equipment, and services;
• Supplier prospecting and development.

Responsibilities and Attributes

• Technical knowledge and proven experience in strategic purchasing, category management, and strategic sourcing;
• Analytical skills: problem structuring and data analysis;
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, PowerBI);
• High-impact negotiation skills;
• Interpersonal skills;

Requirements and Qualifications

• Degree in Administration, Economics, or Engineering preferred;
• Postgraduate or specialization courses in Supply Chain, Strategic Purchasing, or Category Management (a plus);
• Total Cost understanding and basic knowledge of taxes;
• Advanced English (desirable).
