About the role:

For processes related to general procurement, increase and accelerate the value creation opportunities of the Ferrero Business.

Main Responsibilities:

• Scout and/or develop suppliers for categories related to General Procurement, respecting local procedures and group policies.
• Have a good understanding of local and regional market suppliers, identify the impact of raw materials and main cost elements affecting the price, considering the purchase category and country of supply.
• Ensure qualification processes comply with group policies and requirements.
• Support PI&S functions with actions to make the qualification process efficient.
• Perform bid and vendor selection processes respecting group policies, local procedures, and ensuring optimal selection in terms of cost, quality, service, and warranty.
• Negotiate with vendors, monitor and report results (Price Increase / Cost Saving / Cost Avoidance / Cash Impact), and place Purchase Orders following the End-to-End process.
• Lead contracting processes, working closely with stakeholders and Legal to build consistent agreements and minimize impact to the company.
• Manage claims with suppliers, involving internal clients and escalating when necessary.
• Evaluate suppliers based on KPIs, involving internal clients.
• Verify the correct use of material groups in purchase requests.
• Monitor KPIs, taking timely actions to ensure targets are met.
• Encourage stakeholders to close all POs (at least 3x/year).
• Identify and share opportunities to reduce invoice volumes before POs.
• Share process improvement opportunities with the team.

Who we are looking for:

• Higher education in administration, economics, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Office tools.
• Knowledge of SAP (MM module), POWER BI, and intermediate Excel skills.
• Intermediate English and Spanish; advanced Portuguese.
• Trading and contract management courses.
