Compliance Analyst (Compliance Testing) - About the RoleWe are looking for a Compliance Analyst to join the ATE Compliance Program, working closely with the Compliance Program Lead. In this role, you will help ensure that technology and process controls meet internal compliance requirements and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have experience with compliance testing, audit support, control validation, and risk management processes, along with strong communication skills to collaborate with global teams and auditors.
Key Responsibilities
- Compliance Program Support- Understand compliance requirements, policies, and standard, ensuring teams adhere to established controls and procedures.
- Test and validate controls to confirm they are properly designed and operating effectively.
- Review compliance evidence and supporting documentation.
- Support internal and external audits by collecting, validating, and providing required evidence.
- Respond to compliance-related inquiries and assist in resolving issues, findings, and escalations.
- Participate in discussions regarding control design, process improvements, and compliance best practices.
- Help maintain audit readiness across supported teams and processes.

- IT General Controls (ITGC)- Information Security Policies (ISP)- Quality Management System (QMS)Quality Management System (QMS)- Support Global and Territory-specific QMS testing activities.
- Assist with evidence collection, validation, and audit support throughout the year.
- Ensure QMS controls are consistently followed, documented, and maintained.
- Monitor compliance with QMS requirements and identify opportunities for improvement.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor''s Degree completed in Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced English, including the ability to communicate effectively in meetings and professional discussions.
- Experience with compliance, audit, risk, governance, or control-testing activities.
- Knowledge of IT General Controls (ITGC).
- Familiarity with Information Security controls and policies.
- Experience reviewing documentation, evidence, and compliance records.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Experience working with internal and external auditors.
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks, governance processes, and risk management practices.
- Experience in global or multinational environments.
- Familiarity with technology, software development, or IT operations processes.
