About the Role:
We're hiring a Community Engagement & Sales Specialist to support Zia's outreach and business development initiatives across key dental industry communities. This person will act as the "first impression" of Zia and will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and nurturing relationships within online communities and professional groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, join, and engage with relevant communities (LinkedIn groups, Facebook groups, associations, etc.).
- Represent Zia as a professional and approachable voice across platforms.
- Build and manage a network within assigned communities (e.g., DEO, Denobi, MTC).
- Generate new sales leads by nurturing relationships and tracking engagement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to report insights and community feedback.
- Actively participate in sales conversations and support outreach campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales, business development, or community management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with social media platforms and group/community navigation.
- Creative thinker, self-starter, and enthusiastic about growth.
