Description and Requirements

The Communication Specialist is responsible for developing and executing internal communication strategies that enhance internal collaboration and strengthen the company’s external presence.

This role involves crafting compelling messages, managing endomarketing activities, internal communication, and ensuring alignment between internal and external communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement **internal communication strategies** to keep employees informed and engaged.
• Plan, edit, and write content for internal communication platforms such as newsletters, intranet, and email bulletins.
• Ensure internal messages are consistent with external communication efforts.
• Manage the sponsorship activations, including contracts, invitations, visual activations, among others.
• Collaborate with leadership to communicate organizational goals and initiatives effectively.
• Monitor and analyze communication effectiveness, making adjustments as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
• Experience in corporate communication, public relations, or marketing.
• Knowledge of communication tools, analytics, and media relations.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple communication channels.
