We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead our Commercial Transformation Office — a key pillar of the Commercial Excellence & RevOps organization.

You will be focusing on commercial and cross-functional end-to-end process optimization, pre & post-sale flows, and GTM excellence. This agile, high-impact team of expert problem solvers is dedicated to removing friction, scaling execution, and optimizing our end-to-end operations from lead to live. You will lead and develop a lean, high-performing team, and work closely with senior stakeholders across multiple departments to drive alignment, accountability, and impact.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the Commercial Transformation Office, driving operational effectiveness across the full commercial journey (pipeline to activation).
• Map, redesign, and optimize sales workflows, approval processes, and governance structures.
• Design and improve internal workflows between Sales, Operations, Finance, and Product to ensure seamless post-sale execution.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of specialists focused on operational excellence and process design.
• Translate commercial strategy into scalable processes, tooling, and data-driven decision support.
• Identify friction points and design solutions that increase deal velocity, compliance, and merchant experience.
• Proactively lead cross-functional initiatives, building strong partnerships across departments such as Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Engineering.
• Define KPIs and dashboards to monitor and improve commercial performance.

What You Bring

• Experience in commercial operations, strategy, or transformation roles, preferably in B2B tech or fintech.
• Experience in people management positions, with proven ability to grow and lead teams.
• Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives in complex, high-growth environments.
• Deep understanding of the commercial lifecycle (sales stages, workflows, approvals, post-sale ops).
• Experience with systems and tools like Salesforce and business analytics platforms.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder alignment, and change management skills.
• Proficiency in English and strong analytical fluency (Excel, BI tools).
