Where You'll Make a Difference

  • Develop and execute account plans for global, regional, or category customers.
  • Lead commercial negotiations (pricing, contracts, payment terms, savings agreements).
  • Build multi-level, cross-functional relationships with key customer stakeholders.
  • Monitor KPIs and ensure commercial targets are met.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers across all interactions with IFF.
  • Coordinate internal teams (Marketing, Creative, Operations, Regulatory) to ensure aligned delivery.
  • Promote portfolio solutions aligned with company strategy and customer needs.
  • Manage monthly sales forecasts and financial analysis.
  • Conduct retrospective reviews of project wins and losses.
  • Influence customer briefs and lead commercial kick-offs with stakeholders.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and update internal systems accordingly.
  • Monitor competitors, market trends, and innovation opportunities.
  • Defend and grow existing accounts while prospecting new business opportunities.

What Makes You the Right Fit

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, product development, or marketing, preferably in fragrance, cosmetics, FMCG, ingredients, or chemical industries.
  • Analytical mindset with strong understanding of financial concepts (pricing, margin, forecasting).
  • Knowledge of product development, consumer behavior, and market trends.
  • Olfactive skills or expertise in skincare and biochemistry (where applicable).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Fluent in English and comfortable working across cultures.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Biology, Arts or Fashion.
