The Resource Management Specialist will support key processes related to access management, reporting, compliance, and communication within the team. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to follow established procedures efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in granting and revoking system access (ACN Access Management - Extended & Standard).
  • Support the coordination of training sessions for client-facing teams.
  • Help manage internal and external communications.
  • Maintain and update RM tools as needed (MMT/RM Tool Administration).
  • Ensure adherence to policies and guidelines (Policy & Compliance).
  • Assist in generating and reviewing reports (Reporting Management).
  • Keep resource data updated and accurate (Resource Roster Management & Review).
  • Assist with Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) approvals.
  • Provide general administrative support within the team.
