About the Role

As a Key Account Manager, you will drive revenue growth by managing strategic relationships with Fortune 500 and local enterprise clients. This role focuses on selling talent acquisition solutions, employer branding services, and data-driven HR tools to maximize client ROI on our platform.

Responsibilities

  • Experience: 5+ years in B2B sales/account management, preferably in HR tech, recruitment agencies, or SaaS
  • Performance: Proven track record managing R xx annual accounts with > 90% retention rate

Skills

  • Fluent in consultative selling (SPIN/Challenger methodologies)
  • Data literacy (interpret hiring conversion funnels)
  • C-level stakeholder management (CHRO/CFO-level engagement)
  • Fluent in Portuguese
