Your impact
This position is crucial for implementing Massey Ferguson's Farmer First and Full Portfolio strategies in your region (Minas Gerais). The candidate will lead the execution of the Retail Process and related programs through the dealer network to achieve the Sales Plan (market share and volume) in this region. Responsibilities include leading the Relationship and Customer Support Program, coordinating Massey Ferguson product sales via dealerships aligned with AGCO's Farmer First Strategy, and ensuring effective execution of the Commercial Plan to meet market share and volume targets.
