Your impact
This position is crucial for the implementation of the Massey Ferguson´s Farmer First and Full Portfolio strategies in your coordination region (Minas Gerais). The candidate will be responsible to lead the execution of the Retail Processs and its all correlated program and actions, through the dealer to the market, delivering the Sales Plan (maket share and volume) at this region. Lead the Relationship and Customer Support Program, coordinate the sales of the products Massey Ferguson through the dealership channel aligned with AGCO´s Farmer First Strategy, coordinate and guarantee an efficient execution of the Commercial Plan by Massey Ferguson's dealers in order to deliver the market share and volumes according to the Sales Plan.
Your Experience And Qualifications
Dealer administration
- Co-management of dealers in business management (sales, parts, service, finance, action plans, trade policies, allocation of sales and sales to fleet companies)
- Define with Marketing Department the advertising and promotion, brand dissemination, field days, regional fairs and events with large customers
- Work with Dealer Development area suggesting re-structuring and formulating action plan to be submitted to the Dealer Management Committee
- Manage the commercial products demonstration.
Commercial Task
- Guarantee the achievement of the business plans for dealers, enabling them to sell a full line of products and services (tractors, combines, implements, sprayers, Hay Products, technologies, parts and consortium);
- Analyze the marketing situation of the region assigned, segmenting it by product, culture, competition and customers;
- Set regional commercial policy according the percentage of discount previously approved and, if necessary, negotiate with pricing department alternatives to implement.
- Lead the Relationship and Customer Support Program - Massey Ferguson Premium Customer Program - putting foward sales and maintenance actions;
- Bachelor in Administration, Economics and Engineering. AG Market job experience (Agrochemicals, fertilizer, AG machinery), Construction Equipment or Automotive segment;
- Sales funnel knowledge;
- Availability to travel;
- Product knowledge (Tractors, Combines, Implements, Sprayers, Hay Tools & AG Precision);
- AG Market Knowledge, Experience with Customer Segmentation and Relationship Program;
- Finance knowledge (costs, financial mathematics, balance sheet analysis, etc.).
