A leading gaming company in São Paulo is seeking a Commercial Assistant to provide direct support to the Country Head. This role involves managing client communications, preparing reports, and coordinating events across departments. Commercial Assistant provides direct support to the Country Head, working in close collaboration with internal departments and clients. Responsibilities include report preparation, event coordination, agenda management, and general administrative assistance.
Collaborating with the Account Management team to gather monthly updates for reporting, ensuring all data is accurately completed, verified, and submitted by month-end deadlines.
Managing client communications related to outstanding invoices, monitoring payments on a weekly basis, requesting aging reports from advisory partners, updating internal tracking sheets, and keeping Key Account Managersinformed.
Collecting weekly status reports and assisting in reports preparation.
Coordinating cross-departmentally to support new game launches, including distributing client-related information and confirming operational readiness ahead of release dates.
Providing day-to-day administrative support, including organizing conferences, managing calendars and agendas, and facilitating team logistics.
