Qualificações

• At least 2 years experience in Sales, Cold Calling or Call Centers.
• Full-time availability (Monday-Friday plus rotating Saturdays).

What We're Hiring For

We are creating a remote sales and outreach team with different roles tailored to skill and

experience levels:

• First Contact Specialists (Cold Calling Reps)
• Make outbound calls to potential clients (90+ per shift)
• Follow scripts and set appointments for closers
• Learn high-level sales skills from day one
• Customer Retention & Sales Specialists
• Reach out to existing customers to offer upgrades, new services, and support
• Handle inbound inquiries and turn them into repeat orders
• Build real relationships and grow client loyalty
• Performance-Based Sales Closers
• Take over warm leads and turn them into paying clients
• Work independently, manage your pipeline, and earn high commissions
• This role is for experienced salespeople hungry for big commissions
  
  
  

Requirements

• Location: Argentina
• Strong spoken English and Spanish with confidence and personality
• Comfortable on the phone — you sound natural, not robotic
• Motivated by money and results
• Full-time availability (Monday-Friday plus rotating Saturdays)
• Able to handle rejection and keep going
• Organized and tech-savvy (Hubspot CRM experience is a plus)
